Beginner & Intermediate
Our courses have been assured for DfE grant-funded senior mental health lead training.
The Senior Mental Health Leads training courses are suitable for Mental Health Leads that are beginners, those that are familiar with their role, and leads that have previously engaged in comprehensive Senior Mental Health Leadership training. The training covers the 8 principles recommended by Public Health England, it offers practical resources and the space to network.
The DfE has committed to providing grant funding for schools to enable Mental Health Leads to access training over the next 3 years.
Our remote training is delivered by highly skilled clinicians that have experience in supporting schools to implement a whole-school approach to mental health and wellbeing and of working clinically to support staff, students, and caregiver’s mental health. The training is suitable for primary schools, secondary schools and alternative provisions. This unique combination of skills enables Mental Health Leads to access clinical consultation and coaching to implement the whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing.
We are invested in making a sustainable difference, therefore our wrap-around package ensures the school and Mental Health Lead are supported every step of the way. All Mental Health Leads that complete the training will have access to the EduPod for 12 months, workbooks, resources and coaching.
